Plagiarism
1. Give an example of when YOU (yes, you) plagiarized and explain what you could have done differently.
When I do a research, we have to find information about the research so we can use the computer to find and copy down the information about the research.
2. Go to Techbrarian’s Student Blogs page and find a quote from your favorite student blogger. Copy and paste the quote into your blog. Next, go to the citation machine. Put in the information they ask to generate a citation for that quote. Copy and paste the result into your blog below the quote. Here’s a tutorial:
Here's my favorite student blogger: Some challenges that builders faced that building the memorial is dangerous and they can died. Also the new buildings took a years to finish it. So the builders’ hearts are filled with nervous and scary feelings. Also if the glass breaks, the glass can fall on them and they can die. So they are scared of that too!

3. Here are 3 quotes. Plug each one in (one at a time) and write which are plagiarized and how you know:
My life is like a gigantic piece of beef jerky. Hard to get through, but worth every moment.
I think this quote is not plagiarized because Google show me this quote is from Techbrarian.com.
I heard that your dreams came true. Guess she gave you things, I didn’t give to you.
I think this quote is plagiarized because Google show me this quote is from a song.

I’m hungry for knowledge. The whole thing is to learn every day, to get brighter and brighter. That’s what this world is about. You look at someone like Gandhi, and he glowed. Martin Luther King glowed. Muhammad Ali glows. I think that’s from being bright all the time, and trying to be brighter.

Robots + Humans
1. Should roboticists (those who make robots) avoid making robots that think and feel like humans? Why or why not?I think the roboticists shouldn't avoid making robots that think and feel like humans because it is so cool to have the robots that their actions and feelings are as same as human. And if the roboticists make the robots that have good quality, good mental and good behavior, it will be better for the whole world. And they will be really helpful.
2. Should some robots be given human rights? For example, the right not to be tortured, to be allowed to marry, to be educated, and to be free to practice a religion?I think some robots should be given human rights because the robots also need the human rights to protect themselves, no one have the right to hurt, treat anything bad or unequal. People should treat everything equal.

Turing Test
a) Did either of the machines come close to passing the Turing Test (did they seem human?)
Yes, the cleverbot machine comes close to passing the Turing Test. They seem like the human.
b) What were some of the questions you asked them? Why?
I ask them,'' what is your name?'', '' how old are you'', '' how are you?'' and where do you come from?''. Because I think these questions are easy and normal. Everyone would ask these questions when you first to meet someone who you don't know. It is a way to know someone.
c) Why do you think it’s so hard to design a machine that passes the Turing Test?
Because the machine can't represent the human's brain, the machine can't have the same feelings as a human.

2. What human rights are violated in the game ICED? Explain.
In the game ICED, some human rights are violated like the human rights#9, No Unfair Detainment. When I play the game ICED, I had not do any bad thing but the police officers just catch me and put me in the detention.

3. If you could re-design this game, what would you keep? What would you do differently?
If I could re-design this game, I would keep those characters, the same places and the same way to play. I would like to offer a translator for other people who don't understand English, put more people in the streets and make three different levels for easy, normal and difficult.
