My advice to you is that you need to sit down, talk and tell him about that, you should tell him what you really want, what's your true feeling about the whole texting-nonstop thing. And you know he cares about you and always think about you, that's a very good thing and that's why you don't want to hurt his feeling. But i think you should have some free time for yourself, right? So you should tell him the truth. Maybe i think he wants to check on you all the time, keep eyes on you. That means he really cares about you, he don't want to lose you. But that's too much for you, and that can also means that he don't trust you so he always text you nonstop and keep eyes on you.
